What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

PayPal is used for all payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). No details are kept on file.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. (just click on the option to pay with a credit/debit card at the checkout!) although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

How much is postage?

Items under £20 are sent by Royal Mail First Class, which is £2. Items over £20 are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded, which is £3.00. If you require a postage upgrate, please get in contact, as Special Delivery is available at a cost of £3.50.
Goods will come carefully wrapped & padded to ensure safe arrival, however we cannot be help responsible for breakage/damage that happens during in transit.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All items are sent within 2 working days of purchase but please allow up to 7 working days for it to arrive. For delivery in the EU please allow 4-6 working days after postage & for the rest of the world, please allow 8-10 days after postage.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Overseas orders will be sent by International Signed For, costing £4 (you will be invoiced for additional postage)
For international delivery please note if you are purchasing an item from outside the EU you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. any additional charges for customs clearance is your responsibility; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. customs policies vary from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.

Can you giftwrap my order?

All items come wrapped in tissue & inside a gift box, at no extra cost. beautufully presented & ready to give away, or maybe even a little present to yourself!

What if I need to return my order?

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your edwina.simone purchase, we can arrange an exchange or refund. Please get in contact so we can resolve the problem. Please return with the appropriate packaging, unworn, within 7 days (or equivalent for overseas) Earrings however, cannot be returned unless faulty for hygiene reasons.
